Community Choir

Northamptonshire Music and Performing Arts Trust’s Community Choir is going from strength to strength, and would love to expand its membership!

The choir is the first community group run by NMPAT, for people who simply love to sing and want to improve their skills, whilst performing a wide range of styles, from choral classics to songs from shows.

The choir is non-auditioned and welcomes members who do not read music as well as others who do.  Directed by Andy Kirkwood and Sarah Budd, the choir welcomes all those beyond school age to the choir’s weekly rehearsals.

  • When: 7.00-8.45pm on Tuesday evenings during term time

Everyone is welcome to attend for a free trial session and membership of the choir is subject to a monthly subscription of £18.90 for 2026-27.  We aim for 10 rehearsals per school term in addition to a performance with other NMPAT County Ensembles.
