When will we hear back with confirmation of our services for 2025-26?

Due to timetabling over the summer and making sure we can meet as many requests as possible, we will not be able to confirm your provision until late August.

What if I need to make changes to my SLA request?

If you need to make changes to your request for any reason, for booking form B you can easily make the change and resubmit the form – this will update your previous submission. For booking form A you can easily make the change up until the deadline of Monday 19th May. After that, you will have to contact the office team to make a change.

How do I work out the cost per pupil for lessons?

NMPAT invoices schools at an hourly rate of £52.50. Invoices are issued three times per year shortly after the start of term. Each invoice covers an 11-week period. Therefore, £52.50 per hour x 11 weeks = £577.50. You can then divide this by the number of pupils per hour – use our helpful suggested charges to families document to see how this can be calculated.

This only considers covering the charge from NMPAT. Schools may wish to subsidise this amount or add an administration charge to cover late or even nonpayers.
