Administrative support for schools

On this page you will find some resources to assist in the administration of NMPAT activities within your school.  If there is something missing, that you feel would benefit you or your school, please do let us know and we will do our best to help: office@nmpat.co.uk

To provide general feedback on the administration of lessons in school, and communicating with NMPAT, please use our online form: https://bit.ly/NMPATCheckIn

NMPAT aim to deliver small group and individual teaching for 33 weeks per school year, to allow for designated catch up periods as required:

First Access projects and the Primary Vocal Curriculum are delivered for 10 weeks per term with an additional week allocated to planning and preparation at the start of each project.  Project dates can be found in the “list view” term dates document above.

Let’s Sing, Let’s Get Playing, Music for Wellbeing and any other 5-week projects are delivered over weeks 1-5 and 6-10 of the ten week projects.

We are often asked for materials that can be used to support in the recruitment of new students for lessons.  The following documents can be edited to include your school logo and any other school-specific information:

First Access registers

  • NMPAT Centres eflyer – this is an interactive PDF that you might like to share with your families – all Centres offer a range of performing arts activities for complete beginners as well as students who may be having music lessons
  • Lessons postcard – this postcard could be inserted into your newsletter, or emailed directly to parents, to help boost numbers of students having lessons
  • First Access eflyer – hard copies of this flyer will be given to students in their first week of a First Access project – you may like to email it directly to parents as well
